     Today I listened to a podcast about Honey, I'm a Vampire.  The story was a woman who was told that he was a vampire. However, she couldn't believe it. She said "I'm not falling for you". Everyone believes that the vampire is immortal and suck human blood with appetizer, but it was myth according to him. So, he tried to get her to believe he was a vampire. The man said coconut replaces red blood cells. That way, he changed the subject in an emergency.

     I want to go Australia someday because there is various culture and nature is beautiful. So I researched Australia. Australia has its own unique creatures. For example,  kangaroo, koala, platypus, kiwi, emu and so on. There are many World Natural Heritage Sits.       And there is an indigenous Aboriginal. There was a time of discrimination, but they have been given preferential treatment in recent years. Australia is also famous for its multiculturalism, which makes by using reflection of White Australia policy.      There are many sightseeing such as Opera House, the Great Barrier Reef, and Uluru, so I would like to go Australia after COVID has converged.

       My hobby is playing the violin. I have been learning the violin since I was in elementary school. The violin is difficult to take accurate pitch and make a beautiful sound. In addition, there are various playing styles, and it is difficult to practice. For example, plucking the strings with my fingers, playing with overtones, and playing with double stops.       Paganini is famous for the violin composer. He has already died, but he has a lot of legends. He was unusual that he was said to be sold his soul by the devil.  His Caprice No.24 is especially famous. However, the difficulty is very high. But it is a powerful and impressive song, so I want to be able to play it someday. For that purpose, I have to practice more hard.

      It is difficult to keep water in dry desert. However it will be more easy by using MOF-303. MOF-303 is an ultraporous compound. It makes possible to release clean drinking water by extract water molecules from the air. The government, industry and university partners are working to success the project to develop the system that capable of conjuring fresh water.       MOF-303 is based on aluminum. Its structure is honeycombed, so internal surface area is large. The surface can attract not only methane, hydrogen and water but also pollutants and nerve gas agents. MOF is useful because of the abilities of catches the gas, and good at squeeze traces of humidity from the air.

    There are cosmic dust in the universe. It  is obscuring the stars behind it. It just very small and contains carbon or silicate. And it absorbs the light of stars, it make difficult to see those stars by using instruments like the Hubble Space Telescope. However another telescope makes it possible to see those stars by observing the sky with longer wavelengths. For example, the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array and ALMA. We can date back to the earliest day of the universe with ALMA. 

     On December 4th, I went to Kasaoka airport to do test flight of human powered airplane. We have to do it when the wind is low, so we start to fly early morning. So we left the university at 1 am and assembled 3:30 am. Of course, it was dark, so we needed flashlight. Needless to say, it was very cold.      As a result, unfortunately the wind was so strong to do test flight, so we could not do. There were some broken parts because of strong wind. We are planning to do test flight on December 11th, so I hope the weather will be good!   

      My favorite sweets are macarons. We can taste many kind of flavor. I had eaten it for the first time was I was 7years old, and I often make with my mother. It is so difficult, but tastes was good. Please try to make macarons! 1.  Sieve the powdered sugar and almond powder together and put in a bowl. 2. Mix egg white and granulated sugar and whip with a hand mixer. 3. Beat egg whites until they form hold stiff peaks with boiling. 4. Mix 1 and 3 so as to crush the bubbles is the most important. 5. Put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze it on the baking tray. 6. Wait about 1 hour at room temperature to dry the surface. 7. Keep the oven warm to 150 degrees and bake for 13 minutes. 8. After baking, remove the rough heat and sandwich the cream.      If you make macarons, I want to eat!! So try when you have enough time to make macarons. And spent excellent time.
